Every order ships free. Doesn't matter if you're in Sydney or San Francisco. We cover it.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders processed within 0-2 business days
  • Usually same day if ordered before 2pm local time
  • Tracking sent the moment your order ships

2. Estimated Delivery Times

From our nearest fulfillment centre to you:

  • USA, UK & EU: 5-8 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-15 business days

Real talk: Sometimes carriers stuff up. We can't control that. But we'll help sort it.

3. Track Your Order

  • Tracking link emailed once shipped
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update
  • That's the carriers being slow, not us

4. Customs & Import Duties

International customers: Your government might charge import duties. That's between you and them, not included in our prices. Most packages slip through fine.

We can't control:
